WHERE ARE WE GOING WITH AI?

In a special end-of-year edition, ITM takes time out to look at how teaching, learning and assessment is already being shaped by AI. This is not just for the enthusiasts – we are all going to have to establish where it fits into our work.

Brian Ambrosio is a ‘beginner’ and if you are too, his article might be a good place to start. Jonathan Wheeldon looks at the likely impact of AI on assessment, while John Jones and Richard Human establish useful benchmarks of good practice at school and school group level. We have also republished Helen Kavanagh‘s useful article about AI and recruitment.

Elsewhere in our two-month edition, Sally Flint talks to Dulwich International Principal, David Ingram about his favourite books, while Mark Beverly and Mark Pollitt both want to reinvigorate the curriculum, particularly at the top end of the school. Finally, Tristan Reynolds looks at the importance of academic language development for EAL students.
