Australian edtech platform expands into Asia

An Australian-designed education tool that streamlines lesson planning and slashes administrative workloads for teachers is set to launch in Asian schools.

The landmark joint venture between Pathways Education Solutions and Vivedus will see the rollout of the Vivedus Learning Activation Model and Platform – an AI-enhanced system designed to reduce compliance pressures on teachers and boost student engagement – across key Asian markets.

The platform’s features include automated curriculum-aligned lesson planning, built-in professional development, and real-time teaching insights for school leaders. Central to the tool is ViV-iT, a virtual teaching coach that saves time and strengthens instructional practice.

With Australian universities also integrated into the platform’s student pathways, the move not only positions Vivedus as a global player in education innovation, but also offers students across Asia a streamlined route to tertiary education in Australia.

“We’re excited to partner with PES to bring Vivedus’s transformative learning model to new countries and schools,” Paul Browning, Managing Director of Vivedus Pty Ltd, said.

“Their international experience and accreditation infrastructure will allow educators and students across Asia to ‘take learning beyond.’”

Tim Catterall, Pathways Education Solutions Ltd, said the joint venture unites two organisations with shared goals and complementary strengths.

“PES is proud to collaborate with Vivedus to offer our partner schools access to an evidence-based, AI-enabled learning platform,” Catterall said.

“Together we will empower educators and learners across Asia to shape meaningful futures.”
