What makes your school a great place to work? The Educator is inviting schools and education providers across Australia to take part in this year’s 5-Star Employers of Choice, an annual survey recognising outstanding workplace cultures in the education sector.
Participation is open to all Australian schools, with submissions focusing on how organisations support, engage, and empower their staff. From wellbeing initiatives to professional development and leadership practices, entrants are encouraged to demonstrate how they create an environment where employees can thrive.
Schools included in the final list gain valuable industry exposure, positioning themselves as employers of choice and strengthening their reputation among current and future staff.
Following the initial submission, shortlisted organisations will be invited to complete an employee feedback survey in February. The full report will be released on The Educator website in June.
