As a language teacher, I’ve always thought that teaching is more than just delivering content. It’s about creating space for connection, emotion, and expression.

Years ago, during my master’s research, I explored Howard Gardner’s theory of Multiple Intelligences and their impact on teacher efficacy. What stood out most was the power of interpersonal and intrapersonal intelligences in language learning classes—even more than linguistic intelligence—and the effect these two intelligences can have on shaping meaningful learning experiences.
