The Educator recognises schools and education organisations that are delivering an outstanding employee experience and setting a high standard for workplace culture across the sector. Organisations that progress to the next stage will be invited to participate in an employee survey in February. Winners will be featured on the full report, proudly supported by the Australian Boarding Schools Association, to be published on the website in June.
