The Educator believes that creating an environment for teachers and staff to flourish is key to being one of the best schools in Australia.
Readers who are working for K-12 schools are invited to submit a nomination detailing their current employee programs and initiatives. Shortlisted schools will also be provided with an employee survey form to gather valuable feedback from their staff.
As part of The Educator’s goal of providing trusted resources to the industry, schools across the nation will be evaluated to determine Australia’s best schools for educators and staff.
The 2024 5-Star Employers of Choice will be published on The Educator website and newsletter in May.
